Eunhye Kim is a Berlin-based illustrator and book author working across children’s books, illustrated publications, and creative projects.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, she holds a BA in English Literature and a diploma in Graphic Design. After several years as an international school teacher, she shifted her focus to illustration and publishing, and has been living and working in Berlin since 2015.

Eunhye has authored and illustrated a range of books published internationally in German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch. Her published work includes step-by-step drawing and painting books, as well as character-driven titles that reflect her interest in storytelling, playful worlds, and approachable visual narratives.

Alongside her published books, she continues to develop personal illustration projects and concepts for picture books. Her practice is driven by curiosity and experimentation, moving fluidly between narrative illustration, character design, and illustrated products such as puzzles and stationery.

Eunhye is interested in long-term collaborations with publishers and creative partners, and is always open to new formats, stories, and visual languages.
